Quad Cities falls back to .500 for first time since April 18

BOWLING GREEN, Ken. -- Six runs over the first three innings buried the Quad Cities River Bandits in a 10-2 loss to the Bowling Green Hot Rods on a warm, humid Wednesday at Bowling Green Ballpark. Cionel Perez could not get through the second inning, allowing six runs on seven hits, to suffer his second loss of the season. Randy Cesar had a pair of hits to extend his hitting streak to seven games and Spencer Johnson had two hits and the lone RBI for the Quad Cities offense in the game.

Quad Cities and Wisconsin split two-game set at Modern Woodmen Park

DAVENPORT, Iowa - The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers needed just one run to beat the Quad Cities River Bandits, 1-0, at Modern Woodmen Park in game two of the 2017 season. Monte Harrison left the yard in the eighth inning off Quad Cities’ reliever Dustin Hunt.

DAVENPORT, Iowa – The Quad Cities River Bandits used a three-run fourth inning to beat the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, 3-0, at Modern Woodmen Park in the 2017 season opener. Taylor Jones opened the scoring with a solo home run and River Bandits pitching combined for 15 strikeouts in the win.
