WHAT: A ribbon cutting ceremony and press conference to announce new additions to Modern Woodmen Park and the creation of a nonprofit corporation predicated on helping underprivileged children in the Quad Cities Area.

WHO: River Bandits owner Dave Heller, Davenport Mayor Frank Klipsch and long-time local attorney Richard Bittner.
WHY: The River Bandits are once again bringing exciting new upgrades to Modern Woodmen Park in 2017, which will be introduced to the public Wednesday in a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Continuing the Bandits longstanding history of giving back to the community, a new nonprofit has been created to donate the entirety of proceeds from some of the new additions back into the community to help underprivileged children.
