DES MOINES, IOWA (October 12, 2022) — Clean energy businesses in Iowa added more than 1,400 workers in 2021, now employing 30,393 Iowans across the state.

DES MOINES, IOWA (August 26, 2022) — The Department of Management Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is proud to announce expanded scalable security services for educational institutions and non-profit organizations in Iowa. The OCIO listened to feedback from customers to create a special rate for schools, school districts, and non-profits. This rate makes it easier for schools to utilize the state-of-the-art cybersecurity services offered by the OCIO.

BETTENDORF, IOWA (March 1, 2022) — The Quad-City and Engineering Council, or QCESC, held the 60th annual STEM Celebration on February 24, 2022.

The event celebrates and showcases the region's Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) professionals, educators, and next generation of STEM professionals.

At the event, held during National Engineers Week, 19 scholarships valued at $32,000 were awarded.
