BETTENDORF, IOWA (January 16, 2024) — We need your help! You can volunteer for the FIRST Tech Challenge student robotics competitions in West Burlington on January 20.

FIRST Tech Challenge students learn to think like engineers. Teams design, build, and code robots to compete in an alliance format against other teams. Robots are built from a reusable platform, powered by Android technology, and can be coded using a variety of levels of Java-based programming.

We welcome you to join us for the 61st Annual QCESC STEM Celebration on February 23, 4:30-8PM, at the Bend Event Center in East Moline.

BETTENDORF, IOWA (March 1, 2022) — The Quad-City and Engineering Council, or QCESC, held the 60th annual STEM Celebration on February 24, 2022.

The event celebrates and showcases the region's Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) professionals, educators, and next generation of STEM professionals.

At the event, held during National Engineers Week, 19 scholarships valued at $32,000 were awarded.
