Churches United of the Quad City Area is in its 55th year of community service, and will celebrate this at their Annual Delegate Assembly.

It will be held on Friday, April 15, at First Presbyterian Church, 1702 Iowa Street in Davenport at 7 p.m.  The public is invited.  Guest speaker will be Dr. Tony Campolo, renowned speaker and ordained pastor.

Churches United has a 54-year history of reaching out to our community, operating 26 food pantries and 3 hot meal sites in the Quad Cities, and Winnie’s Place, a shelter serving women (and their children) who are homeless and/or victims of domestic violence.
