On Friday, April 1, 2016 the Scott County Sheriff’s Office held a promotional ceremony in the Sheriff’s Office on second floor of the Courthouse. Corrections Officer Devin Reeves was promoted to the rank of jail sergeant.

Devin Reeves was raised in Long Grove and graduated from North Scott Senior High School in 2006. Devin attended St. Ambrose University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. After graduation, Devin began her career as a Corrections Officer for the Scott County Sheriff’s Office in June 2011. She has worked both day and night shift operations, covering various positions within the jail. Devin is a member of the Corrections Emergency Response Team and an Interpersonal Communications trainer. Devin and her husband reside in Davenport.
