MOLINE, ILLINOIS (March 22, 2022) — Since 1953, The Moline Foundation has awarded more than $42 Million in grants to area non-profits. This has been made possible through the generosity of The Moline Foundation’s donors — individuals, families, and organizations committed to improving our region’s quality of life.

Spring 2022 grant applications for The Moline Foundation are now being accepted for capital or program needs of local non-profits.

Application Deadline is Friday, April 22, 2022

Submission process:

  • Preferred delivery method: electronic submission to info@molinefoundation.org;
  • Electronic Grant Submission Packet should be a PDF file; and
  • Staff is unavailable to accept a grant packet in-person.

Please include in the order below the following in your grant submission packet:

  • Organization’s Non-Profit EIN Number and official name;
  • Organization’s contact information, including address, e-mail, and phone of the primary person responsible for grant submission;
  • Two-page (or less) narrative with title and amount requested in the first paragraph followed by a description of the program or project;
  • Basic budget explanation corresponding to the requested amount;
  • Organization’s Executive Director (or President, CEO) and main development officer’s contact information including name, address, e-mail, and phone; and
  • Organization’s Board of Directors contact information including name, address, e-mail, and phone.

Requirements below remain the same as previous grant cycles for The Moline Foundation:

  • Grants are made to non-profit agencies located in The Moline Foundation service area including the Quad Cities region of Scott County, Iowa, and Rock Island, Mercer, Henry, Warren, Henderson, and McDonough Counties, Illinois; and
  • Grants are not generally available to agencies and institutions funded primarily through tax support.
