MOLINE, ILLINOIS (August 18, 2023) — Since 1953, The Moline Foundation has awarded more than $45 Million in grants to area non-profits. This has been made possible through the generosity of The Moline Foundation’s donors — individuals, families, and organizations committed to improving our region’s quality of life.

Fall 2023 grant applications for The Moline Foundation are now being accepted for capital or program needs of local non-profits.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (June 8, 2023) For sixteen years, Midwest Hope and Healing offered support and comfort to more than 3,800 breast-cancer patients through their signature healing baskets. Generous donors to Midwest Hope and Healing made this possible. Midwest Hope and Healing distributed healing baskets at no cost to the newly-diagnosed.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (May 30, 2023) — The Moline Foundation Board approved $235,000 in grant funding for 43 area non-profit organizations. The Foundation received applications for capital and program expenses. These grants will help local non-profits expand services, upgrade technology, and offer programming.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (May 16, 2023) Thirty students were awarded $59,650 in scholarships from endowed funds administered by the Moline Foundation. Students came from schools around the area, as well as two colleges and a homeschooled student.

The students and their scholarships include:

Tanner Klockenga, Abington-Avon High School, Martin Ryan Agriculture Scholarship

Quentin Fonesca, Alleman High School, DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Scholarship
