Amana- Completely Hollywood Abridged opens March 31 and runs through April 17 on the Old Creamery’s Studio Stage, with shows on Thursdays and Sundays at 2:00 pm and on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm. The Old Creamery Theatre’s Studio Stage is an intimate venue that features classics and new, exciting, fresh material as well. The Studio Stage is located in Middle Amana at 3023 220th Trail.

In 2016 the Old Creamery Theatre’s Studio Stage goes to Hollywood with four shows focused on stars, the red carpet, and everything Hollywood! Completely Hollywood Abridged kicks off our Studio Stage season!

Get your clapper boards ready as we rummage through the reels and flick through the films in this riotous carnival of the classics. Giving Hollywood more than just a nip and a tuck, we’ll cut through the celluloid to condense 186 of the greatest films in Hollywood’s over 100-year history into a complete compilation of classic cinema live, on stage! Completely Hollywood Abridged is written by Reed Martin and Austin Tichenor with additional material by Dominic Conti.

Starring Nate Curlott, Sean McCall, and Andrew Stachurski. Directed by Magdalene Spanuello, a Chicago-based director and choreographer.
