CORALVILLE, IOWA (February 15, 2021) — Applications are now being accepted for 2022 grants. To be eligible, proposed projects must focus primarily on serving the needs and aspirations of women and girls in Iowa. To this end, six specific areas have been identified as the most critical barriers for Iowa women and girls, and all grant applications must address one of these barriers.
CORALVILLE, IOWA (February 13, 2019) — The Iowa Women’s Foundation would like to thank our advocates in the local news community for your commitment to keeping the public informed on issues facing women and girls in our state. As many great journalists reported last year, Iowa’s child care crisis has reached a critical mass and has become a topic that resonates deeply with audiences across the state — it’s also an issue that IWF has vowed to tackle.
