Winner of "The Funniest Person in the Military" brings "In Your Face Silliness!"
Kevin Williams performs at Penguin's Comedy Club July 26th through 28th

BETTENDORF, IA, July 17, 2007 - Kevin Williams is one of the most creative and brightest comedians performing today. Born and raised in Chicago, Kevin`s brand of humor is best described as "In your face silliness!" In fact, he prides himself in being able to entertain diverse audiences.

Kevin began performing comedy while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. He won "The Funniest Person in the Military" comedy contest held in New York. He has taken his act overseas performing in Germany and Japan.

Kevin's television credits include B.E.T.`s Comic View and NBC`s Last Comic Standing. He has opened for Aretha Franklin and toured with D. L. Hughley. In 2005, Kevin was the winner of the Chicago Comedy Competition. Kevin`s act has been described as "A Must See!"

Kevin's comedy is smart, inventive and perfectly paced. All of his material is presented with his own slant, from topics unseen to those tread upon, but rediscovered anew. From brutal personal experiences to light-hearted whimsical farce, Kevin's comedy is a true dichotomy. As soon as he hits the stage, Kevin captures and audience and allows them to laugh as they view the world from his own perverse perspective.
