WHO: Quad Cities River Bandits mascot Rascal the River Bandit.
WHAT: Rascal the River Bandit is delivering Valentines this week to workplaces, schools and residences. Included are a personalized card, two River Bandits tickets (or a Kids Club membership) and either a box of chocolates, package of candy or logo baseball and pennant as part of a special River Bandits package.
WHERE: Locations throughout the Quad Cities (see Friday schedule below).
