DAVENPORT, IA – March 2016 –Gilda’s Club is hosting Sarah Borsdorf, , RDH, BS, PHDHP in a FREE workshop called Oral Health for Life on Thursday, March 24th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Gilda’s Club (1234 East River Drive, Davenport, IA).

The health of your teeth and mouth are vital to your overall function and quality of life. Cancer treatment can wreak havoc on all parts of your body, including your mouth.

Sarah Borsdorf, Community Dental Consultant with the Scott County Health Department, will discuss with us the signs and symptoms of chemo and radiation affects within the mouth, how those conditions change one’s function and how to manage them for improved comfort and health.
