Check out the website to discover the exciting live entertainment scene in the Quad Cities by experiencing performances by talented musicians, singers, comedians, actors, and dancers.

Thinking Spring
With the return of warmer weather, several attractions re-open their doors. Niabi Zoo opens on April 11 so you can see the over 330 animals from 140 species that call it home. Niabi is a great place for kids, and they certainly will enjoy the train and carousel. The 750-person capacity Celebration Belle riverboat starts its cruises the first weekend of April. It is the largest non-gaming luxury excursion vessel on the upper Mississippi River. Baseball returns on April 9 when the Quad Cities River Bandits open their season at Modern Woodmen Park, the number one minor league ballpark in the U.S.
Finding Flowers
You'll find tons of flowers at the QCCA Flower & Garden Show on April 1-3 at the QCCA Expo Center. Get ideas from landscape displays, find new equipment, and more. The Quad City Botanical Center always has flowers and plants in the inside conservatory. There might be some crocuses, tulips, and daffodils blooming soon in the outdoor gardens. Check out some of these other parks for places to explore!
Seeing Green Is a Good Thing
The Quad Cities is home to John Deere's world headquarters and the John Deere Pavilion. It's a great place with interactive displays, kid's discovery zone, and tractors and combines and equipment in all shapes and sizes. Local collectors come together to display over 100 toy tractors and implements in all brands for one weekend only in Bishop Hill on April 1-2. Pick up something new when the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds hosts an antique tractor and memorabilia auction on March 31-April 2.
