A new report from the Government Accountability Office finds fault with the leasing of unused office space at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.  Sen. Chuck Grassley has questioned the problem and made the following comment on the report.

“The taxpayers don’t have a penny to spare for unused space, much less tens of millions of dollars.  The CFTC needs to learn from this mistake and find a more cost-effective way to handle leasing in the future.”
