Wednesday, March 9th, 2016 will be the kick-off day for Camp Courageous & Fareway Stores annual “Cases for Camp Courageous” “food”-raiser. Cases for Camp Courageous is a partnership between Fareway Stores and Camp Courageous. It allows Camp Courageous supporters the opportunity to purchase case(s) of Fareway food product at case price and donate it to Camp Courageous and to support their local Fareway store in the process. Last year, nearly 4 tons of food product was provided to Camp Courageous through Cases for Camp. This generous contribution was essential in serving over 50,000 meals throughout 2015.
A special coupon will be in the Fareway store ad the week of March 9th, 2015 or the coupon can be obtained on the Camp Courageous website or at the participating stores. Individuals wanting to donate food items simply fill out the donation coupon with the case(s) they would like to donate and pay for their donation along with their regular grocery order. Fareway Store employees will do the rest to make sure the food reaches Camp.
2016 Participating Stores: Bettendorf, Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids Locations, Clinton, Davenport, Dubuque, Dyersville, Hiawatha, Iowa City Locations, Independence, Manchester, Maquoketa, Marion,Moline, Monticello, New Hampton, North Liberty, Oelwein,Vinton, Washington, Waterloo, and Waverly.
If a participating store is not found in a supporters area, a filled-out donation coupon and check made payable to “Fareway” can be sent to the address below.
