WHAT: Student Hunger Drive Finale Rally
WHERE: River Bend Foodbank 4010 Kimmel Drive, Davenport, IA 52802
WHEN: Thursday, November 14, 6PM. The number of meals raised will be revealed between 6:05 and 6:10PM.
WHY: Six weeks of friendly competition between 17 area schools comes to an end. Join us as we announce the final number of meals students provided and celebrate their hard work.
About River Bend Foodbank — The Foodbank is the largest hunger-relief organization in the Quad Cities and surrounding communities, having distributed over 17 million meals in FY2018/19 to hungry people in eastern Iowa and western Illinois. Our mission is leading the community-wide effort to end hunger in Iowa and Illinois. We do this through food distribution in partnership with our network of hunger-relief agency partners and programs.
