DAVENPORT, IA – January 2018 –Gilda’s Club, is hosting a FREE Opening the Lines of Communication through the Four Tendencies workshop with speaker Kelly Hendershot, LMSW on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Gilda’s Club Quad Cities (1234 East River Drive, Davenport). Are you an upholder, questioner, rebel or an obliger? The answer can determine how you respond to both outer and inner expectations. Understanding these Four Tendencies can also help you communicate your needs better with your loved one. For example, they can help us better understand the perspective and behavior of a: •              Significant other •              Child •              Medical professional or health-care team •              Boss, colleague, employee, client, or customer The Four Rubin Tendencies were created by Gretchen Rubin, author of The Four Tendencies, Better Than Before, The Happiness Project and Happier at Home.
