DAVENPORT, IOWA (November 10, 2023) — Don’t miss this night of music to help raise money for NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Greater Mississippi Valley. The latest Life is Beautiful concert will be Saturday, November 25, at the Raccoon Motel, 315 E 2nd St, Davenport. Doors open at 5PM, with music beginning at 6PM.

Local comedian Tori House will host the event, with comedy from improv group Bubble Pig starting things off. Life is Beautiful features performances from four bands: Dynoride, Jerm Theory, The House Flies, and King Supr3m3. Admission is a free-will donation. One-of-a-kind concert T-shirts may be purchased online through November 15 at namibeautiful2023.itemorder.com/, with pick-up at the concert or after the event at The ARTery, 3913 13th Ave, Rock Island. T-shirts also will be for sale during the concert. T-shirts are $20, with $10 going to NAMI Greater Mississippi Valley.

NAMI Greater Mississippi Valley provides free, nationally-developed mental-health education and support programs to those living with a mental-health condition, and their families and friends. These services are provided to people in the greater Quad Cities region, including five counties in eastern Iowa and three counties in western Illinois. Funds raised here stay here to benefit people in need in the Quad-City community. More information is at namigmv.org.
