WASHINGTON DC (October 31, 2023) — We’re coming to the final weeks for entries to the first-ever National STEM Challenge. The Challenge will gather the power of young innovators for a chance to present their projects at the National STEM Festival in Washington DC in April 2024.
The National STEM Festival is co-presented by EXPLR (pronounced “EXPLORE”) and the US Department of Education.
Until November 12, 2023, EXPLR’s National STEM Challenge will accept entries from students in grades six to twelve from across the US and its territories. Projects will be accepted in the following six categories:
- Environmental Stewardship
- Future Food
- Health and Medicine
- Powering the Planet
- Space Innovation
- Tech for Good
