DAVENPORT, IOWA (December 16, 2020) — The Davenport Public Library is excited to announce the extensive renovation to its Main St Library at 321 Main St will begin on Monday, December 28, 2020.
For the safety of our patrons, the Main St Library will be closed to the public beginning Monday, December 28, until the renovation is finished, currently projected to be March 2021.
For our patrons who use the Main St Library to pick up materials, this location will no longer be available beginning December 16, 2020. Items already on hold at Main St can still be picked up using Curbside Delivery until the end of the day Saturday, December 26.
Both our Eastern Avenue (6000 Eastern Ave) and Fairmount St. (3000 Fairmount St) locations will remain open for Curbside Delivery and Drive-Up Window holds pick-up and computer appointments during this time.
