ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (August 7, 2023) — Bally’s Quad Cities offers specialized paid job training for the life-changing opportunity to become a casino table games dealer.

Bally's Dealer Training School is a unique dedicated on-site training that provides one-on-one learning experiences and teaches candidates the skills needed to begin a successful gaming career. This six-week course focuses on the skills needed to deal Blackjack, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Mississippi Stud, and Three Card Poker.

Students can attend school part-time or full-time and are paid while they attend. Those who successfully graduate from the program and pass a skills audition will receive an immediate offer to begin their career as a Bally’s Quad Cities table games dealer.
