DAVENPORT, Iowa – On April 5, 2018, United States District Court Chief Judge John A. Jarvey sentenced Darion Daquan Gardner, age 22, of Davenport, to 80 months in prison for a felon in possession of a firearm charge, announced United States Attorney Marc Krickbaum. Gardner was ordered to serve three years of supervised release following his term of imprisonment, pay $100 to the Crime Victims’ Fund, and forfeit the firearm he possessed.
