For the second presentation in its 2018-19 season, the QC Theatre Workshop will follow its recent hit Dead Man's Cell Phone with the area debut of the widely adored, Pulitzer Prize-winning Topdog/Underdog.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS – The Black Box Theatre located in downtown Moline will present the original script of Orson Welles infamous “War of the Worlds: The 1938 radio script,” by Howard E. Koch and based on the novel by H.G. Wells. The production will open October 11 and run through October 21.

MOUNT CARROLL – Timber Lake Playhouse will hold auditions for the All Area Teen Production of Disney’s High School Musical on Saturday, May 5 from 10 – 4 and on Sunday, May 6 from 2 – 5 at the theatre on Black Oak Road south of Mt. Carroll.

WHO DUNNIT? THE AUDIENCE DECIDES IN “CLUE: THE MUSICAL” AT THE BLACK BOX THEATRE

MOLINE, ILLINOIS – The audience is in on the action. Did Miss Scarlet do it in the kitchen with a wrench? The audience decides in The Black Box Theatre’s newest offering – “Clue: The Musical.” Based on the board game, the action follows six characters who may or may not be the murderer of host Mr. Boddy.

After a wildly successful inaugural contest in 2017, the Susan Glaspell Playwriting Festial returns for its second year!
