The program will premiere live on December 19, 7PM, on statewide Iowa PBS, with repeat broadcasts on December 20, 2PM, and December 24, 8PM.

MONMOUTH, ILLINOIS (October 13, 2020) — Monmouth College will turn to two of the most influential playwrights in the history of theatre for its first full-length play of the 2020-21 theatre season.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (September 10, 2020) The Black Box Theatre in downtown Moline presents Three Viewings by Jeffrey Hatcher, opening on Thursday, September 24. “We decided to visit Jeffrey Hatcher again,” said co-founder Lora Adams. The Black Box opened the theatre four years ago with Murderers by Hatcher and recently produced Turn of the Screw.

 

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (August 13, 2020) The Black Box Theatre once again presents a 1940’s style radio play with “The 39 Steps: A Live Radio Play” by Joe Landry. The show is scheduled for August 20 to 30. Tickets on Thursdays are $13 and $16 all other performances.

 

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (July 2, 2020)  The Black Box Theatre was in rehearsal for the Jeffrey Hatcher adaptation of The Turn of The Screw when Covid-19 shut everything down. As Illinois enters Phase 4 of re-opening, the actors are once again rehearsing and looking forward to performing.

The theatre will open the show on July 16 and close July 19.
