Food Hub's Farm to Table Dinner

Chef Chad Cushman and the Quad Cities Food Hub present our first Farm to Table Dinner on Tuesday, February 24th from 6pm-8pm at the Freight House Marketplace.

Tickets $35 available at qcfoodhub.com or at the store, 421 West River Drive, Davenport.

Menu:

  • Lemon, pomegranate and chickpea dip with crispy pita chips
  • Bacon-wrapped potatoes with apple-cinnamon BBQ sauce
  • Crostinis - tomato jam & micro mustard greens crostini and local honey, figs & walnut crostini
  • Garlic & rosemary encrusted Sawyer beef with horseradish cream sauce and picled red pepper relish
  • Roasted root vegetable & winter squash with chili honey sauce
  • Assorted local sausages & local cheeses with mustards and house-made condiments
  • Fresh greens with dried fruits, pecans, white cheddar and bourbon-vanilla viniagrette
  • Apple cobbler with berries and chantilly cream
