The Oak Ridge Boys headline at the Adler this week and this Grammy, Dove, CMA, and ACM award-winning group is sure to entertain with its four-part harmonies and upbeat songs.  The RiverCenter will play host to B100's Biggest Baby Shower and the Night Storm Dance Party, as well.  Pick up tickets to see Wilco next week at the Adler, too!

 

The Juneteenth Festival returns to LeClaire Park this week! This festival is free to the public and features an array of family activities and entertainment.  On Sunday, Music in the Levee will feature the Dixie Cats playing variety of music sure to be fun for all ages.

 

A poetry writing workshop takes place at the Figge tonight withseasoned author Ryan Collins leading the event  titled "An Intuitive Conversation with Art: Trusting Your First Thought." Thursday at the Figge is also tonight followed by Fridays at the FiggeCreate with Kelli returns on Saturday and Art in the Middle wraps the week.


The Pines, Busted Chandeliers, and Lojo Russo will take to the Redstone Room stage at River Music Experience Friday! Check out their distinct and powerful indie-rock/Americana tunes for just $12.  RME's live lunch series features Chris Noth and Jordan DanielsenAcoustic Music Club, Open Mic Night, and Exposure - an open DJ Challenge - are all great ways to get involved at RME, too. Rock Camp

 

The Lost Dogs, a soulful a cappella group, is hosting a workshop and performance at RME, as well.  Also, come out and support our young musicians during the Session 1 Rock Camp USA concert!  Other shows at RME this week include The Myers Brothers, Friday Live at 5, The Oolong Gurus, Arms Aloft, E11eventh Hour, and Iron Orchard.

 

Catch UFC 147 - Silva v. Franklin on TV at Brady Street Pub to see the rematch of their classic 2009 fight.  Trivia Night is tonight at Brady Street Pub and enjoy a performance by The Harris Collection Friday and Open Jam Sessions on Tuesday evening, too.
