ORLANDO, FL – Pregnancy Resources was honored September 9 at the Care Net National Conference for excellence in providing a holistic approach to client care its community. Pregnancy Resources was the Guy Condon Presidential Award recipient for 2016.
Roland C. Warren, Care Net President, and CEO praised the centers recognized in this award category:
“These centers understand and meet the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of their clients. The result is a fully integrated approach to client care that effectively communicates both compassion and hope, working with churches and community organizations to provide ongoing support to new parents. Care Net is delighted to recognize their service.”

Since Pregnancy Resources opened in 1990, tens of thousands of women, men, and families have been served providing pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, material support, parenting and other classes, adoption referrals and more all free of charge. P.R. also connects its clients with local churches for additional resources.
Pregnancy Resources is among more than 1,100 pregnancy centers in North America that are affiliated with Care Net. Care Net educates, inspires, and equips over 1,200 center and church leaders through its National Conference, where it presented the Guy Condon Presidential Award to Pregnancy Resources this year.
The Guy Condon Presidential Award was first presented in 2013, named after Guy M. Condon, who was the president of Care Net when he passed away following a car accident on November 11, 2000, after speaking at a fundraising dinner. The award commemorates Condon’s commitment to the holistic approach to pregnancy center ministry embodied by each year’s winner.
