Kid-friendly activities educate guests on the life stages of eagles

Bald Eagle Days is back – and so is Modern Woodmen of America’s Wings of Life exhibit! Designed to take visitors through the life of an eagle, Modern Woodmen’s newly updated exhibit features fun games (including a new prize wheel) and activities for guests all ages, plus eagle trivia, giveaways and more.

Modern Woodmen has sponsored Bald Eagle Days since the event’s humble beginnings at the Modern Woodmen home office. Today, the organization’s sponsorship supports the Wings of Life exhibit, the live bird and animal shows, and field trips on Friday for area school children.

The 1,400 Wings of Life exhibit features a variety of interesting and interactive elements, including:

·         An eagle-feeding bag toss game.

·         An eagle airplane flying activity.

·         A temporary tattoo station.

·         A Quad Cities-themed backdrop guests can use to take a photo.

·         A prize wheel and $300 gift card drawing. (New this year!)
