DAVENPORT — Laura Kopp, Chief Executive Officer for Center for Active Seniors (CASI) announced that Jamie Lange has joined CASI as Director of Marketing. She comes to CASI with 10 years of non-profit, major gifts, sponsorship, special event and volunteer management experience.
“Jamie brings a wealth of marketing and fundraising experience in branding, strategic planning, public relations, and event management. Her expertise will help us build and evolve our brand and better communicate the CASI experience and vision to our community.”
Lange spent 6 years as Chief Development Officer of WQPT and supported a number of community events including the successful Imagination Station during her tenure with the station. Her past work experience includes supporting the local chapters of the American Red Cross and the Girl Scouts where she raised funding for programming for emergency and youth development services.
“My experiences and past positions have exposed me to the general public and working with seniors has been a part of my work. I’m looking forward to harnessing
their talents and passion for the organization to bring others in to enjoy our services and programs,” said Lange.
First up for Lange was assisting with the annual CASI St. Patrick’s Day Race last week which attracted more than 3,000 runners and raised more than $80,000.
Prior to entering the human services non-profit sector, Ms. Lange worked in University Relations for California State University Northridge to design publications and craft messaging to alumni or donors and reported for both The Sun Dial and Daily Iowan.
Jamie Lange has been involved in many local events and organizations including Association of the United States Army Rock Island Arsenal Chapter, Jaycees of the Quad Cities, and Skip-A-Long Child and Family Services. She resides in LeClaire.
