Dubuque, Iowa - Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa, awarded degrees and honors at its 170th Commencement Ceremony on May 11, 2013.
The following area students were honored at the ceremony: Melinda Lyn Duncan Foreman of Bettendorf, Toni L Gau of Bettendorf, Richelle M. Roethler of Bettendorf, Jennifer A. Seibert of Davenport, Jacklyn M. Shovlain of Davenport, and Kaitlyn L. Tipsword of Moline. All of these graduates received degrees in Nursing.
