DAVENPORT, IOWA (March 12, 2019) — Davenport Public Library congratulates the winners of this year’s Annual QC Libraries’ Teen Video Contest! David Armstrong won Librarians’ Choice for his stop motion Fortnite adventure titled “Exploring the Counter” and Kyla Taylor won Viewers’ Choice for the www.abookbyme.com project titled “The One in Charge” about WWII Vet Al Taylor. Both winners received a $100 Visa gift card from the QC Libraries!
