FIRST LEGO League introduces Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) to children ages four to sixteen through fun, exciting hands-on learning. The kick-off provides a fun, interactive way to meet other teams, FIRST Volunteers, and share key FIRST LEGO League Challenge information. Teams receive innovation project guidance and insight from event speakers along with organizations that provide insights to help teams as they decide on their research project that connects with SUBMERGED and life beneath the surface of the ocean. A robot field will be setup with the State of Iowa Head Referee supporting demonstrating and answering questions.
More information about FLL can be found at firstinspires.org/robotics/fll.
