DAVENPORT, IOWA (November 8, 2022) — Gone are the days of having to wait until August rolls around to start your college education. Eastern Iowa Community Colleges' (EICC) spring term offers affordable and flexible courses, delivered by experienced instructors who care about your success.

New students can begin registering for the Spring 2023 term on Monday, November 7.

While there’s a little time before classes begin, January 17, you are encouraged to register as soon as possible to ensure you get the classes you want at the times you want them. If you’re still deciding what to do with your future, we have a number of options sure to fit both your interests and talents.

EICC’s college transfer program allows students to complete their first two years of a four-year degree close to home. The state universities and area private colleges work closely with EICC to ensure students completing their Associate in Arts degree here will be able to easily transfer their credits.

The college also offers more than thirty career technology programs designed to help students directly enter the job market. Programs include advanced manufacturing and truck-driving to nursing and business, with everything else in between.

Ranging from a semester in length to a full Associate in Applied Science Degree, many even qualify for Iowa’s Last Dollar Scholarship, which covers the cost of tuition in more than two-dozen high-demand fields.

Financial aid is still available for the upcoming academic year and EICC’s tuition continues to be among the most competitive in the state, with many grant, loan, and scholarship options that make a college education possible for everyone.

For students looking for increased flexibility, our extensive online offerings create the opportunity to learn wherever you are. With more than fifteen exclusively-online programs, including an Associate’s Degree, it’s the perfect option for those juggling work and family schedules while attending classes.
