DAVENPORT, IOWA (March 14, 2025) — Scott County Democrats elected new officers at its monthly meeting March 6, 2025. Each term is for two years.

Officers include Kay Pence, county chair; Susan Frembgen, first vice-chair; Susan Stoefen, second vice-chair; Terry Olsen, third vice-chair; Connie King, corresponding secretary; Jean Semsch, recording secretary; and Linda Telschow, treasurer.

The group will elect precinct officers during the upcoming caucus meeting on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at the Bettendorf Public Library. Everyone is welcome to attend the caucus; however, caucus attendees must be registered Democrats.

Attendees will be able to register at the caucus. In addition to electing precinct officers, delegates will also discuss platform resolutions and organizing plans.
