DAVENPORT, IOWA (August 27, 2024) — Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins has announced that Tuesday, August 27, is the first day for voters to submit requests for absentee ballots by mail for the November 5 General Election. You must request an absentee ballot to receive a ballot via the mail. Ballots will begin to be mailed on October 16.
The completed absentee-ballot request form is due in our office by 5PM on Monday, October 21.
Request forms are available in the office (M-F, 8AM-4:30PM), via download from the Auditor’s webpage or the Auditor’s Office will mail forms to voters upon request, 563.326.8631. The request form link is below:
