Jill Lain Weaver is the Fraternal Director at Modern Woodmen of America based in Rock Island, Illinois. Ms. Weaver is responsible for developing and promoting fraternal programs and activities for members of Modern Woodmen and serves as the administrator of the organization's fraternal benefits programs. She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Iowa and a master's degree in public relations from the University of Northern Iowa. Ms. Weaver has earned the Accreditation in Public Relations designation through the Public Relations Society of America and three life insurance industry designations: Fellow, Life Management Institute, Fraternal Insurance Counselor and LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow.

Shannon Prantner is Manager, Global Wellness and HR Policy for Deere & Company, based in Moline, Illinois. Ms. Prantner is responsible for overseeing global programs related to employee health and wellness. She earned a bachelor's degree in agronomy and a master's degree in water resources from Iowa State University as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois. Ms. Prantner has served on several national organizations including the National Business Group on Health and the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute Customer Advisory Board. Ms. Prantner has also been actively involved in QCHI's Be Healthy QC Coalition.
