LeCLAIRE, IOWA (June 7, 2023) — LeClaire, Iowa, will host Patriot Riverfest on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 7am-7pm. The Patriot River Fest Inc was created to raise funds for Scott County veterans’ organizations and monuments. This is the inaugural year for the organization, so they hope you will join them. They plan to improve the party each year and raise funds to help renovate patriotic monuments and improve organizations’ ability to provide for Scott County Veterans.

The organizers have planned a family-friendly day with free admission starting with the free Kids’ Fishing Derby 8-10am at the south end of the Levee. Registration starts at 7am. Starting at 10am, gates open with food vendors, craft vendors, poker run registration, live music, and more. See the full schedule below.

Join us for the Patriot Riverfest, June 10, 2023, on the Levee in LeClaire

• FREE kids Fishing Derby ages 13 and under.

            7AM registration with milk and donuts

            8-10AM fishing (worms are provided)

            Trophies handed immediately following the opening flag ceremony

• 10AM Gates open (Free gate)

• 10AM Poker run registration starts with American Legion Riders, Ranch Riders, Broken Spokes.

$10 per bike; $5 for passenger. Go out at noon to area Freedom Rocks & return to Levee around 4:30-5PM.

• 10:15AM Opening Flag Ceremony

Star Spangled banner will be sung by Sue Friend; bagpipes will perform.

• Live Music:

            10AM-2PM Wes Wells/also DJ music

            2-5PM The Generations Band

            5:30-7PM Acoustic Friends

• 10am-7pm Food Trucks, Craft Vendors, bouncy houses for the kids (one is just for toddlers).

Vendors include: tumblers, wood decor, Pampered Chef, Bath and Beauty, candles, Diamond Painting, Color Street, Scentsy, bakery, farm products, origami, Apothecary, Irish collectables, seasonings, wooden flags, crystals and incense, embroidery, handbags, and more.

Food trucks include: Izzy’s Tacos, What BBQ, Unimpaired Mobile, and Stan’s Ice Cream Truck at noon. There will be pop and water for sale.

Beer coolers are allowed. Leashed fur babies are welcome.
