CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA (May 25, 2022) — On May 13, Mount Mercy University pinned over fifty nursing graduates at the Nursing Pinning Ceremony.
Graduates Grace Herring ('22) and Michael Riches ('22) were featured as student speakers at the event. Camryn Foote ('22) read a poem she wrote for the nursing class of 2022. Two nursing awards were given out. The Sister Mary Edward McConohy Nursing Award was given to Jada Veasey ('22). The Mary P Tarbox Professionalism Award was given to AnnaMae Hayes ('22).
