Calling all Gershwin lovers!Image

Margaret Skinner and Tony Sconyers invite you to a CD party celebrating the release of their new CD, Here's to Gershwin.  The CD was Margaret's brainchild.  Margaret is a wonderful pianist, classically trained, graduate of the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, and a bright light on the arts scene in the Quad Cities for quite some time.  Tony Sconyers does the vocals.

The CD celebrates the music of George and Ira Gershwin, who wrote so many of the classics that America and the rest of the world have come to love over the last 80 or so years.

The CD party will be on Sunday, November 30, 2008 at 7 pm at The Unitarian Church, 3707 Eastern Avenue in Davenport Iowa.  It's located on Eastern just north of Kimberly Road.  CDs will certainly be available at the party, but should you be unable to make it then, they'll also be available on www.cdbaby.com , both in CD and MP3 download form.
