On Wednesday, enjoy Cheeseburger Day. Thursday evening is the dinner dance, and on Friday, experience the fun of kids yoga. Each of these programs is free with regular museum-admission or membership.

Monday, September 16, 5-7PM, is Wendy’s Restaurant Fundraising Night. Wendy’s will donate 10% of all sales made during that time to the Discovery Center. Whether you’re dining in, carrying out, or going through the drive thru — you’ll be helping your local children’s museum.
WOW Wednesday: Cheeseburger Day
Wednesday, September 18, 2-5PM, is a WOW Wednesday at the Discovery Center, sponsored by Clinton Lions Club. Sizzle your way to the Please-Touch-Table, and celebrate Cheeseburger Day with your own classic burger creation.
Chess, juggling, and logic puzzles are also a big hit every Wednesday at the Discovery Center. Miss Jean teaches beginning chess to all, from preschoolers through adult, or she will play a strategic game with an opponent to match their skill level. Additionally, she loves to juggle and can teach anyone of any age to become a successful juggler. Also, she has on hand three large cases of logic puzzles, construction materials, and hands-on brain-teasers to fascinate any age. She can teach anyone; all ages and abilities are welcome.
WOW Wednesday is perfect for school-aged kids and their families and is a great activity for a school early-out afternoon. WOW Wednesday is drop in with no pre-registration required — it is an enrichment program with no extra class fee.
