Join us Saturday, February 23 at 2:00PM at Eastern (6000 Eastern Ave) to learn how meditation and mindfulness can help everyone in the family to reduce stress and anxiety, promote a sense of well-being, develop empathy, and even help children focus on academics! Meditation basics will be presented, as well as tips for developing a family mindfulness practice at home.
