SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS (February 7, 2025) — Black Hawk State Historic Site in Rock Island invites the public to enjoy a moonlight trail walk followed by refreshments and live music on Valentine’s Day, Friday, February 14.

The event begins at 6:30PM. Couples, singles, families, and friends are welcome to walk along a beautiful luminary-lit trail through the historic site. Afterward, guests can enjoy hot cocoa, cider, freshly-made donuts, a warm fire, and live music in the Watch Tower Lodge. 

Black Hawk State Historic Site is located at 1800 46th Ave, Rock Island. The museum is open 9AM-4PM, Wednesday through Sunday.
