Scott County Auditor Announces First Day to Submit Request for Absentee Ballots for the November 5 General Election

DAVENPORT, IOWA (August 27, 2024) — Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins has announced that Tuesday, August 27, is the first day for voters to submit requests for absentee ballots by mail for the November 5 General Election. You must request an absentee ballot to receive a ballot via the mail. Ballots will begin to be mailed on October 16.

The completed absentee-ballot request form is due in our office by 5PM on Monday, October 21.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (October 18, 2023) — Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins reminds voters they can begin casting their ballot today at the Scott County Auditor’s Office on the first floor. In addition, there will be other early voting opportunities before the November 7 Election Day. “I encourage voters to make a plan to vote so your voice is heard,” said Tompkins.

National Poll Worker Recruitment Day celebrates the 10,000 Iowans who step up each election to be poll workers in their communities and encourages more people to sign up as poll workers.

Scott County Auditor Announces New Satellite Service and In-Office Voting Available for June 7 Primary Election

DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 17, 2022) — Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins is excited to share a new service offering for Scott County voters during a Primary Election of satellite locations. “Satellites are a typical service of the General Election. However, we are happy to serve the county with five locations where every ballot style will be available,” said Tompkins.
