ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (February 5, 2019) — Consideration of revisions to the MPO Public Participation Plan is set for noon on March 26, 2019 at Bi-State Regional Commission, 1504 Third Avenue, Third Floor, Rock Island, Illinois. Its purpose is to receive comments on changes to the MPO’s Public Participation Plan. Comments will be accepted through March 26, 2019.
