EAST MOLINE, ILLINOIS (August 7, 2019) — The Quad Cities Chamber will host its Annual Celebration, presented by TBK Bank, starting at 4PM on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at The Rust Belt, 533 12th Avenue, East Moline.
