BETTENDORF, IOWA (September 21, 2023) — New incentives for veterans who move to Bettendorf are available through the Home Base Iowa program, effective immediately. The City of Bettendorf now offers a $250 reimbursement for City services and up to a $900 reimbursement for a home warranty to qualifying veteran homebuyers.

DES MOINES, IOWA (August 22, 2023) — Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate and Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins join the Election Administration Commission in announcing that August 23 is National Poll Worker Recruitment Day. National Poll Worker Recruitment Day celebrates the 10,000 Iowans who step up each election to be poll workers in their communities and encourages more people to sign up as poll workers.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (August 14, 2023) — The City of Davenport has opened the fifth round of funding for the popular Davenport DREAM Project. Applications will be accepted August 14, 2023–September 1, 2023. Residents can be eligible for a grant of approximately $20,000 to make exterior improvements to their property.
