DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 1, 2023) — Gilda’s Club is hosting an educational workshop offered at no cost for anyone impacted by cancer on Thursday, May 11, 2023, 5:30-7:30PM, at Gilda’s Club Quad Cities Davenport Clubhouse, located at 1351 W Central Park Ave, Suite 200, Davenport, Iowa, 52804.

This poetry workshop will start by looking at the book MY CANCER CHRONICLE, written by former QC Poet Laureate Richard "Dick" Stahl. Then, we will talk about documenting our own experiences, from the difficult to the joyous, and building our own poetic "chronicle" of our lives. All participants will receive a free copy of Stahl's book.
