WASHINGTON DC (May 2, 2019) — The Chairman wishes to inform Members that the Committee on Finance will meet on Thursday, May 9, 2019, 9:30AM, in 215 Dirksen Senate Office Building, to consider the following pending nominations.

The following nominees are scheduled to testify:

Mr David Fabian Black, of North Dakota, to be Deputy Commissioner of Social Security for a term expiring January 19, 2025.

Mr Emin Toro, of Virginia, to be a Judge of the United States Tax Court for a term of fifteen years, vice Joseph Robert Goeke, term expired.

Additional nominees may be added at a later date.

The Chairman urges every Member to attend.
