Friends Book Sale (again!) at the Davenport Library

Thanks to a generous estate donation, the Friends of the Davenport Public Library are able to offer a large, unique collection of books for sale. This special event will take place on Friday, November 17 from noon to 5pm and Saturday, November 18 from 9am to noon and will be held at Eastern (6000 Eastern Avenue).

Some of the items available include leather-bound collectors editions of the classics and of Peterson bird and nature books, multiple art, bird, literature, plant and flora books, a 1990 set of Great Books (60 volumes), a 1910 set of Harvard Classics (51 volumes), a Shakespeare Collection from Penguin Books (38 volumes) and a Library of America Collection.

All items are specially priced in time for holiday gift giving.
